Through our continuous improvement initiatives, it is our goal to become the employer of choice. We have raised the bar, therefore, we expect the best to apply and we expect our employees to apply their best.

If you are selected for the Apprenticeship Program, we will provide you the opportunity and the training required for you to succeed. You will earn excellent wages, starting at 32,500, while participating in a very intense training program to prepare you for your new career and provide you the knowledge to be productive in your new craft. Throughout the process, instructors, supervisors and journeyman mechanics will assist you in developing your skills and knowledge. Our Apprenticeship Program ranges in length from two to four years of instruction and hands-on development. During your development, you will attend our local Community College and take courses in related studies that help earn college credits toward an Associates Degree. This allows you to receive an education, build work ethic, gain experience and develop into a world class journeyman mechanic. You will achieve all this while working alongside some of the most skilled craftsmen in the world.

As you browse our website, I encourage you to learn more about The Ingalls Apprentice Program and explore the possibility of taking the next step into a promising future in a rewarding career.
